Michael Appiah is a registered social worker with 10 years of experience in hospitals, child welfare, and education. With over 15 years of youth advocacy, he has led youth organizations and received an award for outstanding leadership in 2018.

Michael is passionate about empowering young people, Michael goes beyond counseling—serving as a mentor, coach, and social justice advocate. He specializes in helping youth develop social-emotional and life skills to overcome challenges. Using a narrative therapy approach, he listens to their stories, identifies strengths, and helps them take control of their future.
